A legal disclaimer

A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event payment details will be shared when booking.

Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Client cancellations. Deposits are non refundable. If you cancel within 14 days of the wedding (60 days for destination brides) the full balance remains payable.

We will try to accommodate changes but availability is not guaranteed.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will provide a full refund or assist in securing an alternative artist.

Trials & Consultations

Bridal Trials are strongly recommended and are charged separately (unless in your package)

Trials to be booked at least 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Changes after the trial may incur additional charges.

We offer on location services. A travel fee may be applicable and will be notified during consultation.

Additional charges may apply for early morning starts, hotel parking or destination weddings.

The client must ensure all parties are ready at the agreed time. Delays may result in services being shortened or cancelled without refund.

If additional time is required due to client delays, an overtime fee of £100 per hour may be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse service id a client has contagious conditions (cold sores, conjunctivitis, lice ect) Please inform us of any sensitivities before the service. We are not responsible for reactions to products if not disclosed in advance

We may take photos for portfolio and social media use. If you do not wish to be featured please inform us in writing before the event.

We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, illness or travel delays.

In the event of an emergency preventing us from attending, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding a replacement.

Hair should be clean and dry before styling, A fee may apply for blow drying if hair is wet.

Clients must arrive make up free for make up applications.
